51. Fees payable to the Custodian.

 

(1) The 1[Central Government] may fix the fees payable to the Custodian for the management or disposal of any property vested in him.

 

(2) Such fees shall be payable out of the income or sale-proceeds of such property and shall be a first charge on the property.
