57. Temporary amendment of Sec. 54 of the Indian Income-tax Act, 1922.
During the continuance of this Act, sub-section (3) of Sec. 54 of the Indian Income-tax Act, 1922 (11 of 1922)1, shall have effect as if after Cl. (o) thereof, the following clause had been inserted, namely:
“(p) Of any such particulars to the Custodian of evacuee property appointed under the Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950, for the purpose of enabling him to discharge the duties imposed upon him by or under the said Act.”
