Preamble

 

ANDHRA PRADESH ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL (PROCEDURE) RULES, 19891

 

G.S.R. 929(E), dated 26th October, 1989.

 

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (d), (e) and (/) of sub-section (2) of section 35 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules namely.

 

1. Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, 1989 Part II, section 3, sub-sec, (i), dated 26th October, 1989.
