The Coffee Act,1942<

11. Duty of customs.

A duty of customs shall be levied on all coffee produced in India and exported from 1[India] 2[at such rate not exceeding 3[fifty rupees] per quintal as may be fixed by the Central Government by notification in the Official Gazette.]
