Section 35 – The Coffee Act,1942

The Coffee Act,1942<

35. Failure to register.

Any owner with of a coffee estate who fails to apply for registration in accordance with section 14 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to on thousand rupees and to a further fine which may extend to five hundred rupees for each month after the first during which such failure continues.
