Preamble
S.C.O. 702, dated 17th February,19771.-2[The following bye-laws made by the Coir Board, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sec. 27 of the Coir Industry Act,1953 (4 5 of 1953), and confirmed by the Central Government, arc hereby published as required by sub-section (2) of the said section, namely : ]
