Sch. I Part I Rule 3. THE FIRST SCHEDULE
PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT IN RELATION TO MEMBERS OF THE INSTITUTE IN PRACTICE
A Company Secretary in practice shall be deemed to be guilty of professional misconduct, if he –
(3) Accepts of agrees to accept, except from a member of the Institute or from any one belonging to any of the recognised professions prescribed for the purpose, any part of the profits, fees or other remuneration arising out of the work which is not of a professional nature;
