Coir Board Services (Classification, Control And Appeal) Bye-Laws,1969

28. Power to relax time-limit and to condone delay.

Save as otherwise expressly provided in these bye-laws, the authority competent under these bye-laws to make any order may, for good and sufficient reasons or if sufficient cause is shown, extend the lime specified in these bye-laws for anything required to be done under these bye-laws or condone any delay.
