Section 14 – The Central Universities Act,2009

The Central Universities Act,2009

14. Registrar.

(1) The Registrar shall be appointed in such manner, and on such terms and conditions of service, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.

(2) The Registrar shall have the power to enter into agreements, sign documents and authenticate records on behalf of the University, and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties, as may prescribed by the Statutes
