Section 9.
In rule 18 of the principal rule, in sub-rule (1), in the proviso, the following shall be inserted at the end,-“or may be extended for a further period not exceeding three months on a request made in form 18 by the applicant or his agent along with the fee specified in the firstschedule before the expiry of the stipulated period of six months”.
