The Dangerous Machines (Regulation) Act, 1983

 

 

11. CANCELLATION OF LICENCE ON APPLICATION BY MANUFACTURER OR ORDER. –

 

A person licensed to manufacture or carry on business as a manufacturer or dealer of any dangerous machines who discontinues such manufacture or business or who intends to discontinue such manufacture of business, may make an application to the Controller for the cancellation of his licence, and thereupon, the Controller may cancel such licence.
