The Dangerous Machines (Regulation) Act, 1983

 

 

38. POWER TO GIVE DIRECTIONS. –

 

The Central Government may give directions to any State Government as to the Carrying into execution in the State of any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule or order made there under.
