The Delhi Co-Operative Societies Act,1972
86. Power to exempt societies from conditions as to registration. –
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Lieutenant – Governor may, by general or special order and subject to such conditions, if any, as he may impose, exempt any society or class of societies form any of the requirements of this Act as to registration.
