1. Short title and commencement –

 

 

 

The Delhi Apartment Ownership Rules, 1987

 

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) and 92) of Section 27 of the Delhi Apartment Ownership Act, 1986 (58 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely :-

 

 

(1) These rules may be called the Delhi Apartment Ownership Rules, 1987.

 

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
