Indian Dock Labourers Act, 1934

 

6. POWER TO CENTRAL GOVERNMENT TO MAKE RULES. –

 

The Central Government may make rules regulating –

 

(a) the inspection of premises of ships where the processes are carried on; and

 

(b) the manner in which Inspectors are to exercise the powers conferred on them by this Act.
