Section 26 – The Emigration Act, 1983

The Emigration Act, 1983

 

26. Offences to be cognizable .-  

 

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ( 2 of 1974), all offences under this Act shall be cognizable.
