Section 33. Procedure of the Appellate Board
The provisions of sub-sections (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) of section 84, section 87,section 92, section 95 and section 96 of the Trade Marks Act,1999, shall apply to the Appellate Board in the discharge of its functions under this Act as they apply to it in the discharge of its functions under the Trade Marks Act,1999.
