THE IMMORAL TRAFFIC (PREVENTION) ACT 1956

 

22. Trials.  

 

No Court, inferior to that of a Metropolitan Magistrate or a judicial magistrate of the first class, shall try any offence under Section 3, Section 4, Sectioii.5, Section 6, Section 7 or Section 8.
