Punjab Colonization of Government Lands (Punjab) Act 1912

Section 5. Power to withdraw a colony from the operation of the Act

The 2[State] Government may, at any time by notification in the Official Gazette, withdraw a colony or any part of a colony from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Act.

Applicability of the Punjab Tenancy Act.
