Section 22. Permission to increase rent on account of improvements effected
Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, it shall be lawful for a landowner, whose land is included in a scheme to enhance the rent payable by a tenant of such land by such amount in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
