Section 74. Fonn of patent
1[Fonn of patent. (1) A patent shall be in the form as specified in the Third Schedule with such modifications as the circumstances of each case may require and shall bear the number accorded to the application under rule 37.
(2) The patent certificate shall ordinarily be issued within seven days from the date of grant of patent under section 43.]
