Prevention Of Terrorism Act 2002


59. Impounding of passport and arms licence of person charge sheeted under the Act.


Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the passport and the a person, who is charge-sheeted for having committed any offence under this Act, shall be deemed to have been impounded for such period as the Special Court may deem it
