The Recovery of Debts Due To Banks and Financial Institutions Act,1993

Section 6. Term of office

The Presiding Officer of a Tribunal shall hold office for a term of five years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of 1[sixty-two years], whichever is earlier.
