Section 25. Power to appoint trustees or other managers of a school to be a Board of Management
The State Government may declare any body of trustees or managers of a school, who are willing to act in conformity with the rules referred to in section 5, clause (b), to be a Board of Management under this Act, and thereupon such body or managers shall have all the powers and perform all the functions of such Broad of Management.
