The Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act,1956

Section 20. Appeals

Any person aggrieved by an order of the competent authority refusing to grant the permission referred to in sub-section (1) of section 19 may, within such time as may be prescribed, prefer an appeal to the Administrator and the decision of the Administrator on such appeal shall be final.
