Section 21. Chapter not to apply to eviction of tenants from certain buildings
Nothing in this Chapter shall apply to or in relation to the execution of any decree or order under any law for the eviction of a tenant from any building in a slum area belonging to the Government, the Delhi Improvement Trust or any local authority.
