Section 21. Interpretation-clause, Magistrate
The term “Magistrate” in this Act shall include all Magistrates and other persons exercising the powers of a 1Magistrate:

3[All expressions and provisions which in this Act are applied to horses shall also apply to all other animals employed in drawing any carriage ordinarily used for the purpose of conveying passengers for hire to or from any place in the States: ]
