Section 58. Procedure as to appeals to the Supreme Court
The law in force immediately before the appointed day relating to appeals to the Supreme Court from the High Court for the corresponding State and the Judges and division courts there of shall, with the necessary modifications, apply in relation to the High Court for a new State.
