The Terrorist Affected Areas (Special Courts) Act 1984

Section 17. Delegation

The Central Government may, by notification, delegate, subject to such conditions as may be specified, all or any of the powers exercisable by it under this Act except the power under sub-section (2) of Section 4 and the Power under sub-section (2) of Section 7 to the State Government.
