The Trade and Merchandise Marks Act,1958

Section 60. Certain provisions of this act not applicable to certification trade mark

The following provisions of this Act shall not apply to certification trade marks, that is to say, –

(a) Section 9;

(b) Sections 18,20 and 21, except as expressly applied by this Chapter;

(c) Sections 28,29, 30, 39, 40, 41, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 51, 52, 53, and sub-section (2) of Sec. 55;

(d) Chapter X, except Sec. 81;

(e) Any provision the operation of which is limited by the terms;
