The Trade and Merchandise Marks Act,1958

Section 92. Limitation of prosecution

No. Prosecution for an Offence under this Act or under Cl. (d), Cl. (dd), Cl. (e), Cl. (f), Cl. (h), Cl. (i) or Cl. (j) of Sec. 18 of the Sea Customs Act,1878 (8 of 1878), shall be Commenced after the expiration of three years next after the commission of the offence charged, or two years after the discovery thereof by the prosecutor, whichever expriration first happens.
