The Vaccination Act, 1880


Section 4. Extension to cantonments


The State Government may1 by notification in the Official Gazette, extend this Act to the whole or any part of a military cantonment.




1. The words.” subject to the C.” omitted by Act 38 of 1920 , s.2 and Sch. I. The words “subject to the control” were subs. by Act 4 of 1914, s, 2 and Sch., Pt.I for” with the previous sanction.”
