25. Issue of certificate subject to removal
On receipt of the orders of the Board under section 4 or section 5A, the Regional Officer shall communicate the same to the applicant by registered post or in such other manner as in the circumstances of the case he deems fit and take such other steps in accordance with the said orders as he may deem necessary.
