35. Power of licensing authority to alter conditions
(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 34, the licensing authority, at the time of issuing license may omit, alter or add to any of the conditions specified in the prescribed form of license.
(2) The power conferred by sub-rule (1) shall not be exercised by the District Authority without the prior concurrence of the Chief Inspector.
