8. Term of Office of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Members
Except as provided in rule 6 or rule 7, the Chairman shall hold office till he attains the age of sixty-five years and the Vice-Chairman and any other Member shall hold office till he attains the age of sixty-two years.]
