229. Proxy of person not acquainted with English
The proxy of a creditor or contributory who does not know English may be accepted if it is executed in the manner prescribed in the last preceding rule and the witness certifies that it was explained to the creditor or contributory in the language known to him, and gives the creditor’s or contributorys name in English below the signature.
