329. Notice convening final meeting and the account to be laid before the meeting
The notice convening the final meeting of the company in a members voluntary winding-up, or the final meetings of the company and the creditors in a creditors voluntary winding-up, shall be in Form No. 155. The account of the winding-up to be laid by the liquidator before the said meeting or meetings shall be in Form No. 156. In a winding-up subject to supervision of the Court, a copy of the account shall also be filed in the Court.
