The representatives of the parties appearing before a Board, court, Labor Court, Tribunal or National Tribunal or an arbitrator shall have the right to examination, cross-examination and of addressing the Board, court, Labor Court, Tribunal or National Tribunal or arbitrator when an evidence has been called.
