King Edward VIII two penny scarlet is considered to be one of the most valuable Australia’s stamps. This brilliant item features an etching of the king in his naval uniform. The King Edward VIII stamp is very expensive because of the fact that it was never officially released. The item was printed to honor a new Australian king in 1936, but urgently withdrawn before the stamp was ever issued. It happened because of the monarch’s abdication and was supposed to be burnt. One of the specimens of this unique philatelic item appeared at Mossgreen auction on June 26, 2017. The stamp was sold for $120,000 Australian (roughly US$90,520).

Better Authenticate it, if its certified then you are lucky as none of these stamps are released to the public
