2c Pan-American, Center Inverted (295a). Block of four, deep rich colors and proof-like impressions on crisp paper, each stamp is exceptionally well-centered for the issue, bright and fresh, certificate notes “thin spot in both top stamps” but we see only one thin in the top left stamp and a watermark in the other, nevertheless of little consequence
