I have a used example of this French 10 centimes postage due stamp on cover. I talked to a fellow who told me it was just a reissue and not an original stamp from 1859. I’m not sure I believe him. Did they reissue this stamp at any time? My stamp looks exactly like the stamp you have pictured on your site. Can you tell me if there was a reissue on this stamp or if there was only one release?
