1870 1L Light blue and brown, mint single of this very scarce value, delicate light blue color and deep brown numeral, bright paper, full even perforations, o.g., trace of gum toning from a previous hinge that does not affect the paper, normal fine centering; the Lira values of the early printings are easily identified by their brown numeral as compared to the carmine numeral of the 1890 issue; like most early issues this is a rare stamp in original gum condition; signed Fiecchi, G. Bolaffi and G. Oliva (Scott #J13, $3,750.00)
