How to / how much to take Baking Soda and Apple cider vinegar

Baking soda should not be given to children under 5 years old, Pregnant and breastfeeding women

Baking soda should not be more than half tea spoon at once per day. if taken daily basis then make it. alternate week. Taking more than 1 tea spoon of baking soda may cause a life threatening condition known as metabolic alkalosis; Metabolic alkalosis happens when your body can no longer control your blood pH.

Apple cider vinegar(ACV) can help kill harmful viruses and bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, E.coli, as well as the norovirus. It also helps to lower blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity, reduce blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels.

Baking soda may help to slow the progression of chronic kidney disease, Prostate Cancer, ulcer as well as the growth of cancerous cells or growth, tumor etc.

Baking soda and Apple cider vinegar offer health benefits and more stellar health as per my own experience.

Baking soda and Apple cider vinegar improve digestion, reduce joint pain, fight urinary tract infections, and even help you lose weight, also help alkalize your body and prevent diseases that thrive in acidic environments.

Baking soda and Apple cider vinegar contain nutrients and enzymes that will help prevent or cure a variety of health conditions, from poor digestion and joint pain to urinary tract infections, Prostate cancer and unwanted weight gain and reduce the cancerous cell/tumor growth.

In cancer treatment Backing soda is injected directly to the grown and studies confirmed, it completely eliminated the cancer growth.


This is as per my research and Practice, I have taken for last 24 years and I believe because of these I have not visited doctors for last 24 years.

Apple cider vinegar(ACV) should be with mother (muddy at the bottom) not filtered, if you can make your own Apple cider vinegar(ACV) is better and avoid commercial one.

Make sure its Baking soda, Not Baking powder.

I take half tea spoon of baking soda and one table spoon of Apple cider vinegar(ACV) with a one glass of Luke warm water on empty stomach early morning.


Baking soda is four times as strong as baking powder. Baking powder/soda used in bakeries to make bread. once it added to flour, CO2 gas bubbles are released, creating the “airy” effect in batter and dough. same if you have anything in stomach/food it will create same problem. so to avoid this I used to take on empty stomach, that worked for me.
