Police spokesman Ian Hasleby said 51-year-old man and his 47-year-old de facto wife had been arguing before the incident at Greenbushes about 11.30pm WST yesterday. “He’s stormed off, she’s jumped into a car and reversed down the driveway and run him over. He, unfortunately, is deceased,” Mr Hasleby said. The woman was believed to be under sedation in nearby Bridgetown hospital, he said.
Poor dear, she didn’t know what she was doing. I’m sure she will get a light sentence for her husband made her do it the bad man.
In another driveway tragedy in WA, a 12-month-old girl suffered critical head injuries when she was run over in a driveway by a visiting relative this morning. Police said the girl was taken to Princess Margaret Hospital for Children. The accident happened outside a Nollamara house about 9.30am (WST).The child was believed to have walked behind the car as it reversed, police spokeswoman Ros Weatherall said.”Unfortunately, it has reversed over the child,” Ms Weatherall said. News reports say the child was run over by her aunt.
Auntie must have a heavy foot and bad neck to not look over her shoulder and move so fast out of a driver way with kids around, or was she just talking to someone?
