On the 26th of November, 1949<\/strong>, we, the people of India, gave to ourselves, the document that was to be the voice of India, the symbol of its sovereignty, our very own constitution. The constitution has since then under-gone more than ninety amendments, making it the most amended constitution anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n

The Constitution of India is the longest written constitution of any independent country in the world. It was adopted on November 26, 1949, while it came into force on January 26, 1950<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

And it was borrowed from
\nBritish Constitution<\/strong>
\nIreland’s Constitution<\/strong>
\nUnites States of America’s Constitution<\/strong>
\nSouth African Constitution<\/strong>
\nCanada’s Constitution<\/strong>
\nFrench Constitution<\/strong>
\nAustralia’s Constitution<\/strong>
\nSoviet Constitution (USSR, now Russia)<\/strong>
\nGermany’s Constitution<\/strong>
\nJapan’s Constitution<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just copy and paste from others and globally change other countries name into India. That\u2019s how our Constitution was made, not as per situation or people need and all the amendments with vested interests only.<\/p>\n

Not only its copied but it contradict itself in every word.<\/p>\n

Article 14<\/strong> of the Constitution of India reads as under: \u201cThe State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India.\u201d However, this Article does not prevent the State from making any special provisions for women or children.<\/p>\n

Meaning of Article 14<\/strong> says, all are equal before law and all should get equal protection but State can make special provisions only for women.<\/p>\n

In simple meaning, if anyone murder someone he \/ she should be charged equally but if Women murder someone that can be forgiven. That\u2019s what happening in reality.<\/p>\n

If man murder someone he will get 14 years or life term jail, If Women murder, she get lesser punishment because she has family \/ Children<\/p>\n

This is one example, there are thousands such biased, one sided laws, Judgments.<\/p>\n

In Custody if mother take away children from father, that\u2019s the right thing but if father take away, it termed as KID<\/strong>napping, Police will snatch and return child to mother, Court orders to give custody to mother.<\/p>\n

If women send letter \/ Email to Supreme Court that is taken as PIL, if Man writes ……. that is ignored.<\/p>\n

Government make BETI BACHAO<\/strong>, but no BETA BACHAO<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is ministry for Women but nothing for Men<\/p>\n

There are more than 50 Laws only favor or filed by women and not a single such law for Men.<\/p>\n

Alimony\/Maintenance only claimed and awarded to Women, even man is jobless he is forced to pay able bodied women.<\/p>\n
