Top right diagonal bisect, used with normal 4a, tied on small piece by “B/172” octagon postmarks of Singapore, stamps toned, top of bisect with trivial crease from where it overlaps the edge and pulled corner perf, still Fine and exceptionally rare, a complete cover catalogues $70,000 (SG £65,000) and a far scarcer than the 4a on Bluish Glazed Paper, with 2012 Scheller and 1956 B.P.A. certificates (neither mentioning any faults)
