12c Washington Black choice mint single, incredibly well centered amidst larger margins than most, intense color and sharp impression, full and even perforations, small part original gum, a beautiful stamp, extremely fine; only 389 stamps were sold; with 2019 P.S.E. certificate (XF 90; SMQ $8,500.00 for o.g. and $3,500.00 for no gum).
