ITALY - 1860, 80c Flesh bister

1860 80c Flesh bister, a magnificent mint example of the rarest of the provisional government issues except for the 3L high value, lovely fresh color in the deeper attractive shade that Scott describes as orange brown, bright crisp paper, and most importantly this stamp possesses well clear to large margins and full original gum, both features noted on the accompanying certificate; very fine and exceedingly choice; this value is seldom offered in any quality and one in this select condition only appears at auction on the rarest of occasions; signed G. Oliva, E(milio) Diena, A. Diena and E(nzo) Diena, plus accompanied by 1983 Enzo Diena certificate (Scott #22a; $27,500.00).
