1929 1.75 Brown, perforated 13 3/4, the exceptionally rare later 1929 printing of this value in this perforation, a well centered used single with black c.d.s. postmark, strong color and impression, very fine; in mint condition this stamp is a major Italian rarity and seldom offered, it is also missing from many collections in used condition; an extraordinarily rare stamp in this premium condition; signed Raybaudi and accompanied by his 1989 certificate (Scott #193a; $2,400.00).
