No need to be Indian citizen, you can be anyone, who marry Modern Indian Women,
can be a Victim;
Can be Jailed for No reason;
Without Bail; and this Complaint is NonCompoundable.
No need to be married to a Indian girl;
Even If you are a Brother;
A Friend;
Even a Neighbour;
This law will arrest you and dump you behind bars.

Hello buddy, I can understand ur feelings. I am also sailing in the same boat as you do.Though i dont what exactly went wrong between you and your spouse all i can tell about mine is if any one wants to learn the art of backstabbing people who care for you and love you a lot then she is the right person for that. I don’t think Indian men deserve a woman. They simply have no respect for their emotions, space or time. If a woman doesn’t love you anymore and wants to leave you, you can never digest that. Basically your egos are so hurt and you keep clinging on to them.

You are absolutely right. Indian men do not deserve Indian Women.
Indian men are so naive that they love women and do puja as devi AND cannot handle the cunning, dishonest and ruthless modern women.
Indian men are god fearing and really want to live a quality life as in “LIFE”. But modern Indian women want money, njoyment, social life and run away from FAMILY and responsibilities. How can a common indian man take all these.
Indian men are still INDIAN. Todays women are going onto MOON. They are taking leaps into arena which is obscure and dark & push their lovely husbands and his family into JAIL for Money.
Indian men please keep away to save your family first and then yourself.
I am not denying that there are good women. Marry the right one and do not guess. One guess can RUIN YOUR n YOUR FAMILYs life for EVER.

it is not about indian men or women … it is about upbrinmging and your quality as a person … ‘someone once said a bad marriage is worse than no marriage, … couldn’t agree more … but when the marriage becomes a public ‘mud slinging festival’ .. nothing could be worse … what i do not under stand is … if two ppl do not want to live together .. why dont they just end it right there.. why spit at each other and wash dirty linen in public .. … unfortunately many women consider dignity to be easily dispensable and false pride to be all important .. who gains at the end of the day?? as i say this i might also point out that i am a woman not a man and i have been through a horrible patch and patched it up and am not sorry for it .. i wish i could instill some sense in to these fools ..

Nobody aborts you before you are born because you are male. Nobody burns you cos you didnt bring enough dowry. Nobody beats you cos you are weaker than them. You are a spoilt rotten.

If my mother knew i am boy she would have aborted, but unfortunatly at that time there was no scanning technology.
Hardly few burns nowdays, and no Girl report when they give dowry at the time marriage, now they legaly dont pay for Girls Family want it all for FREE.
When Marriage on the brink of Divorce to make money todays Girls file False cases, so Government support them.

It is not about men or women. any one harressing anyone else is wrong. The crime against women is wrong. But it does not mean that they can put men i njail because the men did not give them moeny for beauty p, or giving their mother.
How can a mother teach her daughter to go to a man, marry him, sleep together, then demand money, else try to put him in jail, is a wonder, a shameful wonder.
India should get laws like the US where you can have pre nuptial agreement on paper. They should not be allowed to ask more that what is in the documents.
